When the new owners of The Pickled Pig collected the keys, little did they know that building hid years of neglect and decline. The renovation was complex, but their concept was simple, to bring field to fork dining to the Surrey Hills - supporting local suppliers and using seasonal produce to create a gastronomic destination and hub for the community.

The new brand launches the pub into the regional hospitality sector, disrupting local challengers and redefining the country pub experience.
